There are two ways: subscribe to a monthly plan and receive Stardust automatically on your billing date each month, or buy a one-time Stardust pack from the Store whenever you need a top-up.
Your Stardust is credited in full on your billing date each month. When you first subscribe, it arrives immediately after your payment is processed.
No. Unspent Stardust never expires and there is no balance cap. You can save up across multiple months and spend it whenever you want.
Stardust is a digital good and all purchases are final. If you believe there was an error with your purchase, contact us and we'll look into it.
Your remaining Stardust balance stays in your account permanently. Cancelling your subscription does not remove it, so you keep everything you've already been credited.
Yes. You can manage your plan at any time from your profile page. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades are scheduled to apply at the end of your current billing cycle so you keep your current plan's benefits until then.
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. Nova Translations never sees or stores your card details.
